What is the standard shipping time for orders?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your cake pop molds dishwasher safe?
To ensure the longevity and precision of our molds, we recommend hand washing them with warm, soapy water. Avoid high-heat dishwasher cycles which may warp the material.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our baking supplies worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
What is your return policy for baking tools?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for food preparation.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
